Sources and How We Check
Game pages cite the links they used. This page is the method, plus the outlets that show up more than once.
The method
I open the developer or store page first, then a second page that is not a copy of the first. A Wayback capture counts as an archive of the same URL, useful for a date, weaker as a second voice. A YouTube title can show what a clip calls the game. It does not set a download total. Checked dates on this site are 4 November 2026 unless a sentence names an older article.
Outlets used across the roster include SankiBytes for Caught Modi, flappymodi.com and modigame.com for the pipe games, Google Play for Flying Modi and Angry Modi Game, the separate itch.io HTML5 project with the Flying Modi name, BBC Hindi and Vice for Modi Run, the App Store for Modi For India, FightKaro and Deccan Herald for Sansad Showdown, and itch.io for the cockroach game and the Rahul mix. Download-site pages are citations for legacy files, not buttons.
What a status cell means
A source count is the number of independently published references for the game identity, not a claim that every field appears in every reference. Field-level tables label facts supported only by one primary page as “1 primary source.” An archive of the same publisher is never counted as another independent voice. “1 source” marks a single listing. “Legacy” means the original store page is gone or the file date is years old. “Unavailable” means the URL itself returned 404 on the check day. Empty cells were not published by the page I opened.
FAQ
Can I see the entity list?
The games table is the public view of that list. Each detail page repeats the links for its own row.
Why not link every APK mirror?
A mirror is not the developer. The download page explains the package-name check instead.
